Last month we hiked along the towpath of the Delaware Canal from Riegelsville, PA north to the Roosevelt Recreation
Area. Today we returned to head south from Riegelsville to Nockamixon Cliffs. We parked in New Jersey, like last month, crossed the bridge over the Delaware River and
hiked along the beautiful path south, before turning back and retracing our steps. But on the way back we stopped at Trauger's Farm Market (which is just off the towpath)
where we bought a delcious blackberry bread and the most devilish whoopie pie ever!
Total distance hiked today was just over 7 miles in just under 3 hours.
