Ithaca & Cascadilla Falls

Ithaca & Cascadilla Falls (7/24/2017)

This was the third of five hikes we did during a five day stay in Ithaca, New York, in the Finger Lakes district of New York state. Following a walk in the iPhone app PocketSights, we left our Bed and Breakfast (the amazing Tuxedo Cat on Cascadilla Street, where the owner prepares vegan breakfasts and has four cats) and first walked to the amazing Ithaca Falls, a falls so spectacular that it's almost impossible to believe that they're about in the center of a residential neighborhood. After that we continued south to the incredible Cascadilla Falls and walked that for about a mile, in awe of one wonderful waterfall after another, before reaching a street in Cornell campus. The Cascadilla gorge is actually the way some people walk to work! If only!
