I had no intention of listing this outing among our hikes ... until I actually visited Bushkill Falls and did the 2.5-mile Bridal Veil Falls trail, the longest trail
in the entire park, and the one that claims to visit all eight of its wonderful waterfalls. This really is a hike! A good portion
is on boardwalks (extremely well-built and laid out, incidentally), but much of it is on dirt paths, some quite rocky. And even the boardwalks are moderately strenuous,
some containing dozens and dozens of steps -- many hundred total on the Bridal Veil Falls trail, I would guess. Cost of admission is $10, and
it was worth it. And the snack bar even had Garden Burgers!
